Shipping Region

Dynaletics currently ships to all 50 United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $75 or more. Orders under $75 will have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real time through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@dynaletics.store.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at info@dynaletics.store with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.
